Beyond excited to announce this!

Next month I'll be making my debut at one of my favourite venues in the country, on support for the most iconic producer in contemporary Hip-Hop.
DJ Mustard is the mastermind behind Rack City, I'm Different, Don't Tell 'Em, I Don't Fuck With You and Freak Of The Week to name just a few. To be in the same DJ booth as this creative will be an absolute honour. I just know I'm going to see some familiar faces in the crowd that night!

Thursday 12th May // DJ Mustard // XOYO

Starting a new book, drinking green tea and I've just finished yoga.

If someone sees the old Patt tell him I'm doing just fine, that my man boobs are disappearing and that I can maintain are far stronger erection than ever before. If you don't see him, then sorry for over-sharing. Bye!

Today is a bit of a landmark for me, and I wanted to share... Today is the longest I've gone without alcohol in the past ten years of being an "adult". Alcohol is definitely a hard one to go without, considering my job and lifestyle. I've always been a promoter and/or a DJ since I was 18 so booze is always present, nearly always free and everyone else around you tends to be always drinking it... But at the start of this year I began to feel that having a drink was becoming more of a need, rather than a social activity, having a drink with mates at a show.

If anyone's drank with me in the past ten years, you'll know that me putting away a litre of vodka in an evening isn't out of character. That's not too bad if you're doing it once a weekend, or once a month... But when it's consistent, you start to notice the damage - to your body and mind.

I thought I'd share my progress (yes, 10 days sober is progress for me) in the hope that it might strike a chord with even just one person who feels they may drink a bit too much. It's not until you take a conscious decision to assess how much you drink, do you realise how big a problem it is, or could be in the future.
I ain't saying I'll be sober forever, but for now I'm really enjoying having a less-cloudy mind, a lot more creativity and zero hangover.

Mine's a lime soda. 😊

Feels weird to be keeping it fairly "local" this month. (aka not leaving Europe)
